hey, do you know what this means?! Page 30! I was planning to start advertising the comic at page 30. well it was a lie. the first 15 pages of Magus Tales are so impossibly terrible I wouldnd dream of directing traffic without redrawing them first. (while continuing to udate, of course.) So the Magus Premere shall be put off, as wisdom suggests. Also the web site needs to be polished and completed.

Some how I thought this would be a bigger deal. All the other comic artists commend the 1000 and 2000 hits.. Alas, I know now that even with such numbers one is far from famous. (or even necessarily liked)

Despite what yall may think, yall:

there are several Magus Tales related projects underway. First and foremost, a new color page six to replace the old impossibly ugly up-chuck inducing one. (its the one where heather attempts suicide with a rock.) Secondly, a fabulous and side splitting "horay, 2000 page views" image. Potentially the next update.  And of course, page 29 is being... conceived. Also in glorious living color.

hardy hardy hardy -OH!  and magus received its first review. A good one, alas- for I had already placed my multiple bets with multiple shady dangerous types of again multiple hundreds of dollars that the first review would be scathing.

Something of the stuff of miracles has happened! I discovered a comic advertising on Penny and Aggie that is significantly more terrible than Magus Tales! I still have a hangover from the enormous party that ensued after its discovery. We even had an ice swan. You, know, a big statue of a swan in the middle of the room carved with ice?

Page 27 killed me and probably added a wrinkle to my model worthy butt. 4 hours seated on my living room floor. 

anyway i'm going to be modifying my method. next update will be a new page 6.

 the new page 5. very ugly. very bad. but less so than the previous page. -which is actually doing time right now for causing some deaths

okay so im having some serious comicgenesis issues. I havent been able to log in, EVER, and leaving everything to "autokeen" is failing. obviously. Does anyone know of any other web comic hosts I may want to try that are.. better?

so i went back and re-did page 17. After 26 goes up I'm going to go back and fix page 5 :)

So I just read the first 50 pages of No Need for Bushido and am sad to conclude that their first 25 pages are better than Magus Tales! first 25 pages. Granted, all web comics have relatively ugly and turbulent beginnings, but this discovery displeases me all the same. I'm itching to go back and redraw the first 10 pages - but I think I should try and hit 30 before I back track.

alas i missed the update. arrr. for those of you who read these and go, "pssh, why doesnt she like, know how to use comicgenesis?" the fact of the matter is I made my account back when they were keenspace, and then left it inactive for over a year. this deadly combination makes it impossible to log in, and no forum remedy on all the internets has the cure.  I swear I've tried everything. 

anyway, this page like many others is afflicted with the ugly, so don't touch the screen or you'll catch it. especially the second to last panel; that one may have to be put down.

horay! the first and poorly drawn appearance of Magus in Magus Tales! Important specifically because there has been nothing but Heather and Ratihas for some time. Now it is time to go back and fix up some of the previous pages.

baaaaaa baaa baaaaaa. The new title image. Obviously hints at some spoilers involving Heather's hair, but I think ye shall survive.
